Support backup of TrueCrypt volumes

There is a popular encryption tool called TrueCrypt. It allows you to create a large file with a filesystem inside of the file. You use TrueCrypt to 'mount' the file, which decrypts the filesystem, and makes it look like a drive to Windows.

The problem is with picking the best backup location. There isn't a compatibility problem with TrueCrypt, the crash is caused by Cucku selecting a read only drive to store the backup. It's possible to work around this problem by setting a default backup drive that has write permission.

    This is a bug in the routine for picking the best drive for a backup location. The problem will be addressed in the next release.

    It turns out that if you go into the Cucku settings and force Cucku to use a particular drive for backup, then you can get through the crash, and the backup seems to work (thanks to tech support for suggesting this).

    Apparently, the crash is caused by Cucku auto-picking a read-only drive to try to backup to when you add the TC Volume to the backup - not exactly sure which drive it picked, but forcing it to use my hard drive resolved the issue.
